    The need for resurfacing depends on the level of deterioration and the quality of the subsurface. Generally, when you observe cracks, holes, or crumbling, it's time to consider servicing the asphalt. We provide residential and commercial paving services to address all your asphalt needs.

  • How long does asphalt last?

    A newly installed asphalt surface, with proper maintenance, can last between 12 to 15 years. A resurfaced area typically lasts about five to seven years with proper care. For new installations or commercial paving resurfacing services, please contact our team.

  • Can I have asphalt work done at any time of the year?

    Our services are typically available from April through December. We recommend booking in advance to secure a spot in our schedule, as we cannot perform asphalt work year-round due to weather conditions.
